The Galion Project has recently announced a new initiative to help up and coming entrepreneurs: the Galion Term Sheet. This series A term sheet was created in collaboration with over 60 entrepreneurs and two lawyers from the law firms Jones Day and Gide to create a starting point for founders in their discussions with potential investors during their first round of financing.
The Galion Term Sheet is free, open source, and already recognized by many prominent investing firms: Accel Partners, Bpifrance, Daphni, Elaia Partners, Hi Inov, Idinvest, Index ventures, Iris Capital, Isai, ParTech, Serena Capital, Ventech and XAnge.
